Jesse Holsapple is the founder of Blue Mountain Capital, a private real estate lending platform focused on business-purpose financing nationwide. He specializes in structuring and executing transactions across residential investment, multifamily, and commercial assets—ranging from single-property deals to large-scale development.

His background spans banking and private credit, with experience across the full lending lifecycle, including originations, underwriting, and operational execution. He has operated at a high level across lending platforms with a focus on structuring efficiency, process control, and closing performance, and has been involved in over $813MM in real estate transactions.

Blue Mountain Capital was built to address a consistent failure point in lending: deals that appear viable but fail due to poor structure or misaligned capital. The platform was designed to eliminate that gap by prioritizing structure first and execution second. Every opportunity follows a defined waterfall—pursuing in-house execution first, then expanding to external capital sources when necessary to ensure the best path to closing. The objective is not to fit deals into a box, but to build the right structure around them.

Jesse remains hands-on in the process, focused on delivering clear, executable paths to capital and maintaining alignment between borrower, asset, and capital source from initial review through closing.

Damian Sanchez brings a high-velocity execution mindset to Blue Mountain Capital, where he leads the Commercial and Investment Lending division. With a career built on the front lines of private credit and originations, Damian has developed a reputation for maintaining poise and precision within the most demanding transaction environments.
