Jesse Holsapple
Founder & PrincipalJesse founded Blue Mountain Capital to fix a consistent failure point in lending: deals that look viable but fall apart from poor structure or misaligned capital. His background spans banking, agency debt, and private credit, including helping scale two lending operations, and he has been involved in hundreds of millions in real estate transactions over his career, from single-property deals to large subdivisions, multi-unit apartment complexes, and commercial builds. A feasibility-first reviewer, Jesse’s strength is pre-underwriting: he cross-tests every loan request against today’s capital markets, and if there’s a way to structure the deal, he’ll find it. He stays hands-on from first review through closing.
Daphne Lyketsos
CRE Loan Officer, Commercial & Investment LendingDaphne brings a background in private credit, capital markets, and deal origination, including several years in business-purpose lending and capital advisory at Robinson & Co. Her work in equity raising and alternative investments gives her a sharp read on how commercial deals get capitalized. As a loan officer at Blue Mountain Capital, she originates and manages loans in-house, working each file from intake and structuring through term sheet and closing, and keeping borrowers clear on exactly what’s needed at every step. Daphne brings an established network of relationships and focuses on commercial and investment property financing.
